Shipping Instructions
- Include ALL contact information: name, return address, telephone # (business card), cell number, and email address.
- Remove rubber tips & rubber handles.
- TAPE ALL YOUR PACKAGE EDGES to prevent tool loss during shipping.
- Turn around time? One to two days. It' s back in the mail very quickly!
Cost of Service
- $95 flat fee each plus $25 per package for handling and USPS Priority Mail return shipping with tracking. Please include your email address and cell number. It will aid in tracking your shipment.
- Payment required in advance. Include a check made out to Cliff's Service with the tool(s) being sent.
- PayPal invoice with credit card payment available AFTER repair is completed. (Need email address and request.) This payment method will delay shipping due to the delay with PayPal's response time.
- INTERNATIONAL: We must charge actual costs for Priority International customs mailing. Once your tool is fixed, you will receive a PayPal invoice that you can pay with your credit card.
Additional Cost(s) When Needed
- ALL ACTIVATORS: Broken shafts/tips, sleeves, handles are $35 extra (when in stock).
- If your tool cannot be repaired, it will be sent back to you with a $30 charge to cover inspection and shipping.
